          Complimentary no obligation consultation to ask any questions you might have and find out if Better Movement Therapy is right for you. Offered either by phone or in-person at the clinic. 

Insurances Accepted:

• Medicare (Participating Provider)
• PPO insurance plans (Preferred Provider Plans)
  
• While I do not accept other insurances, I can provide you with an itemized receipt you can send to your insurance provider to request reimbursement.

Self-pay fees: (Including 25% prompt-pay discount)

Evaluation: $150

          Comprehensive evaluation typically lasting 60-90 minutes. If you choose to move forward with scheduling treatment sessions, a plan of care will also be established, which is based on your needs and goals.

Treatment Sessions:

     $66 (30 minute session)

     $99 (45 minute session)

     $132 (60 minute session)

        Sessions are typically scheduled 1-2 times per week.
