Participate in choosing how often you want to come in for treatments. Work directly with the therapist to determine which treatment approaches and session formats best fit your needs and are most conducive to helping you meet your goals. Have the freedom to set up a brief duration therapy plan (as few as 1-2 visits), chose an extended therapy plan, or to convert to a once-per-month maintenance plan after your main course of therapy.
